STORYBOARD
The opening shot in panel one will be lit only by the moon light and the candle light leaving the treehouse (the candle light will be lit by torches). There will be no non-diegetic sound in this shot but there will be distant laughter from the tree house. In panel two the laughter continues and our subject is orange from the candle light which doesn't reach the background framing her in darkness. Panel 3 shows the subject in the corner of the room curled up, she is still orange from the candles casting long shadows up the walls. Her friend says "whats wrong with you?". Panel 4 is an over the shoulder shot lit by candle light and the only audio in the shot is her saying "nothing, sorry". Panel 5 introduces a new character who subjects they start by saying " so are we going to do this?" as he turns his head to address the whole group. Panel 6 is a 360 shot from the centre of the circle showing all the hands linking together, the creepy sound track quietly starts here. Panel 7 is an areal shot of the group holding hands and humming, the camera slowly spins through the shot. Panel 8 shows the subjects eyes opening revealing that they are red hinting to the audience that she is no longer in control of her body and as soon as her eyes open there is a loud bang in the non-diegetic and the sound track increases in volume. Panel 9 shows her letting go of her friends hands, this is done to symbolise her leaving her circle of friends as well has her being possessed.
Panel 10 opens with her screaming making the audience jump and stay on the edge of their seats. Panel 11 shows her violently moving her hands outwards forcing everyone to slam against the walls, this causes the candles to be put out and the all audio to stop. Panel 12 pauses in darkness for a while before the silence is interrupted with a blood curdling scream and the scene falls quiet again. Panel 13 shows the candles relight themselves and the creepy non- diegetic slowly builds again. Panel 14 is shot from outside the treehouse framing her within the window, she walks across the shot only lit by the orange light in the room. Panel 15 is in the same shot as panel 14 and we hear a huge slam of chains hitting the ground and blood splats up the window. In panel 16 the audio dies down for a bit as the camera slowly zooms and spins towards the subject as the kneels crying surrounded by her victims. This continues to panel 17 where she looks up straight at the camera with her arms out stretched and the non- diegetic builds. In panel 18 the ghost of her twin sister leaves her body and zooms in to the camera and cuts to black.
